  • With the Remote Services Plus pre-installation, you can e.g. open/lock the van remotely, program the auxiliary heating and use Geofencing.
  • Real-time traffic data with the pre-installation for Live Traffic Information – so that you reach your destination as quickly as possible.
  • Navigation for Trailers and Oversized Vehicles – takes into account the vehicle or combination dimensions for the Mercedes-Benz eSprinter when calculating the optimum route.
  • As a standard feature, the Remote Retrieval of Vehicle Status provides you with information such as the current fuel level, mileage or information about your next service at any time.

In the event of a battery failure, the free battery capacity warranty covers the costs* It applies following the statutory liability for material defects and the Mercedes-Benz new vehicle warranty for a total period of 8 years from delivery or up to a distance covered of 100,000 miles/160,000 km if the maximum capacity of the high-voltage battery is less than 70% of the high-voltage battery starting capacity.
