We have caught up with Lucas to welcome him to the team and find out a little more about his experience and career aspirations.
Lucas joins us from Mercedes-Benz car dealership based in Stourbridge where he worked there for two years as a car salesman, he enjoyed his time with the company but felt it was time to look at his next steps in his career a pursue new adventures.
Lucas was told about an upcoming position within the Van sales team at Midlands Truck & Van and thought it sounded like the perfect fit for him.
We asked Lucas what his interest and future plans are, and he commented:
“I was looking for a role where I could gain knowledge and develop my career and had heard great things about Midlands Truck & Van and the opportunities available within the company.
I am passionate about football and play in a 6-aside league once a week I am also a big Wolves supporter where I attend all the matches with my grandad, working at Midlands truck and Van allows me to keep a healthy work life balance with a clear routine to keep me organised and on track, and only working 1 in 4 Saturdays means I can still attend matches with my grandad which is very important to me as he is my main supporter.
After only being with the company for a few days so far its is clear to see it’s a good company with very nice, helpful and friendly staff who have welcomed me into the team.”
